We founded Aprile & Shuler to bridge this exact divide. We prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, and transfer-on-death deeds, and we walk you through what each one actually does. Bailey Aprile
Bailey earned her BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and her JD from St. Mary's University. She found estate planning and probate early in law school and hasn't strayed far since. Her practice is built on getting families organized before they need it and steady through it when they do. Outside the office, she and her husband are chasing after their three daughters.
Peter Shuler
Peter is a South Austin native who now practices in the neighborhood he grew up in. After Austin High, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps infantry and served four years and two combat deployments before returning to Central Texas for a criminal justice degree at Texas State. He earned his JD from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2018, then spent several years at a large Austin personal injury firm before moving to a boutique estate planning and probate practice, where he handled original wills, heirships, and highly contested cases. When he's not working, he's with his wife and wrangling their two small kids.
